Waterworks Series 2016 - 2019

This work was inspired by the beauty of the Waterworks open spaces in North Belfast, by my recent travels around Provence and Pontoise, and by artists living and working in France. In particular, this work has been influenced by Pissarro's contre-jour lighting and by Van Gogh's Arles paintings and drawings.
